Ship your MVP
in 3 weeks.
We design, build, and launch validated MVPs for founders. From idea to production in 21 days.
Everything a founder needs to test an idea.
Ship in weeks, not quarters
A functional MVP in 2–4 weeks on a production-grade stack. Real users, real URL, real data from day one.
Analytics from day one
Event tracking, funnels, and retention wired in before first deploy. Decisions on data, not on vibes.
Weekly demos, no surprises
Progress every Friday. If something slips, you know by Monday — not the Monday before launch.
Built to scale later
Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres. An MVP today that won't need a rewrite if it works.
A clear four-step plan. No surprises.
Define
We scope down to the 2–3 flows that test the hypothesis. You walk out with a one-page spec.
Build
Proven stack. Pushed to a real URL by end of week one. Weekly demos to keep you in the loop.
Launch
Deploy to production. Open it to your list. Watch analytics together and triage what works.
Scale
Extend if there's signal. Hand off cleanly if there isn't — repo, docs, credentials, all yours.
Trusted by founders who ship.
“ProdRush shipped an MVP we could demo to investors in four weeks. Not a prototype — a real thing users could sign into. It closed the round.”
“They scoped us down from eleven screens to three. We had paying customers by week five — before most agencies would have finished scoping.”
“Concept on a Monday. Landing page and checkout by Friday the week after. Sold out the first batch in nine days. Already talking to them about the next one.”
Flat rates. No retainers.
- MVP scope (3 core flows)
- Basic analytics dashboard
- 2–3 week delivery
- 30 days support
Full source code ownership, deployment, and a clean handover included in every plan.
Common questions.
You do. Full source, full commit history, transferred to your GitHub on day one. No platform lock-in. If you walk away, you walk away with everything.
We sign one before the first call if you want. Every idea is confidential by default — we don't publish case studies without consent, and we don't reuse your work.
It usually does. Minor pivots are normal — we re-scope in writing and keep going. Major direction changes trigger a short pause and a fresh one-page spec.
Timelines on each plan are medians across the last 20+ projects. Simple CRUD MVPs land earlier; multi-role or payments-heavy builds can run a week longer. We commit to a date after the Define phase.
Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres (usually Supabase), Tailwind, Vercel or Netlify. We'll use something else if you have strong reasons — but the defaults are fast to build on and easy to hire for.
Yes — about 70% of our founders write no code. You'll never need to know what a migration is, but you'll always know what we're shipping this week and why.
Tell us about your idea.
Rough ideas welcome. We reply within a working day.
