By accessing or using ProdRush's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
ProdRush provides MVP development and product validation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be agreed upon separately in writing. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the source code and deliverables created specifically for your project. ProdRush retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future projects.
Idea Ownership & Confidentiality
Any ideas, concepts, or project details shared with ProdRush remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your ideas and do not use them outside the scope of evaluating or delivering your project. We treat all submitted ideas as confidential, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
ProdRush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
